Services, pricing and delivery
We provide software, websites, AI integrations, database work, infrastructure and bots. Package scope and exclusions are displayed with each offer. Prices are in EUR; applicable taxes and any third-party costs must be confirmed before payment. Domain registration, hosting and paid APIs are separate unless explicitly included. Before starting we agree the scope, delivery date, dependencies and acceptance criteria in writing. A portal request is not confirmation of payment or a promise of an immediate start. Deliverables are supplied digitally through agreed channels.
Accounts, files and approvals
Use accurate details and keep your password confidential. Upload only files you are entitled to share. Do not upload malicious content or third-party personal data without a valid basis. Receipt and approval buttons record project workflow decisions and their timestamps; they are not qualified electronic signatures. Tell us promptly about errors or unauthorised access. Work and intellectual-property rights are governed by the written project agreement; client materials remain the client’s property. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
Payments and recurring services
Stripe processes online payments. Check the final amount, currency, billing details and any subscription interval at checkout. A one-time package is not a subscription; the maintenance package is monthly where shown. Recurring charges continue until cancellation under the agreed service terms. Cancel renewal before the next billing date through support; we confirm cancellation in writing. A price or invoice request is not a charge. Do not pay before scope and timing are agreed.
